About this coffee
A halogen beam burner that heats your siphon (vacuum) coffee maker with bright, even infrared light instead of an open flame. It is designed for Hario-style siphon brewers and makes siphon brewing a striking show for guests.

Brewing guide
Pour-over: about 15 g of coffee to 250 ml of water just off the boil (92–96 °C). Total brew time around 3 minutes.
French press: about 30 g to 500 ml, steep 4 minutes, then press slowly.
Espresso: 18 g in, about 36 g out in 25–30 seconds.
Grind just before brewing for the most aroma.

Storage
Keep beans in the sealed bag or an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. Don't refrigerate. For best flavour, brew within 4–6 weeks of the roast date.
