About this coffee
El Comandante's house blend: three of our Panama coffees in equal parts. It is two-thirds Geisha and one-third Catuai, roasted for a smooth, rich cup with notes of chocolate, vanilla and oak.

Brewing guide
Pour-over: about 15 g of coffee to 250 ml of water just off the boil (92–96 °C). Total brew time around 3 minutes.
French press: about 30 g to 500 ml, steep 4 minutes, then press slowly.
Espresso: 18 g in, about 36 g out in 25–30 seconds.
Grind just before brewing for the most aroma.

Storage
Keep beans in the sealed bag or an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. Don't refrigerate. For best flavour, brew within 4–6 weeks of the roast date.
