Free shipping across North America on orders over $99 CAD

Orders of $99 CAD or more ship free to Canada, the United States and Mexico. Orders under $99 CAD ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and import taxes are included

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. We cover duties and import taxes, so there is nothing more to pay when your coffee arrives.

Shipping outside North America

We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping for international orders is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and duties and import taxes are still included.

Roasted to order, then shipped

Your coffee is roasted after you order, so it leaves us fresh. We aim to ship within 24 hours of roasting. Busy periods such as holidays can add a day or two. If you need your order by a specific date, add a note at checkout and we will tell you whether we can meet it.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, and we email your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, see our Returns & Refunds policy. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

HARIO SYPHON

COFFEE DRIP MAKER

If you're looking to get started with coffee brewing, or know someone you'd like to get started with manual brewing (and maybe they have a birthday coming up), then this HARIO starter kit was made for you. This great value, boxed kit has everything you need to begin producing perfect pour-over coffee at home and includes a V60-02 ceramic dripper (1-4 cups), a glass decanter, a coffee scoop and a pack of HARIO V60 filter papers. The V60 flexible coffee style allows the brewer to manually produce delicious coffee to the brewer's preference. The process takes roughly about 3 minutes but if you brew quicker you will alternate the coffee finish. So, experiment and enjoy.
