Operation:
1. Put the ** on the base seat;
2. Put the filter and filter paper in the cup containing the iced coffee powder; add the coffee powder; press tightly; flatten, so that the water droplets can evenly penetrate into the coffee to achieve the effect;
3. Install the level meter faucet in the round hole on the base. The dripping speed of the water drops varies with the amount of coffee powder, the amount of water, and the extraction time. Please try to adjust your favorite taste;
4. Put the water into the pill bottle above (use cold water from the water purifier or add crushed ice cubes for better results);
5. Go watch tv, read a book, or take a short break, chat with friends, and accept the appearance of a good cup of coffee with joy.
Brewing guide
Pour-over: about 15 g of coffee to 250 ml of water just off the boil (92–96 °C). Total brew time around 3 minutes.
French press: about 30 g to 500 ml, steep 4 minutes, then press slowly.
Espresso: 18 g in, about 36 g out in 25–30 seconds.
Grind just before brewing for the most aroma.

Storage
Keep beans in the sealed bag or an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. Don't refrigerate. For best flavour, brew within 4–6 weeks of the roast date.
