About this coffee
Taste before you commit. Each 100 g bag holds enough for about eight pour-overs, so you can compare estates side by side and find the Geisha you love before buying a full bag.
Choose from
- Don Pepe Estate – natural, fruit-forward and chocolatey
- Aguilar Peralta – natural, from a family farm in Santa Clara, Chiriquí
- Don Batista – natural, honey and orange sweetness
- ASD Especial – Anaerobic Slow Dry, bergamot and cherry
- FST and Natural – approachable everyday lots
Why Panama Geisha is special
Geisha trees came to Panama from Ethiopia and thrive on the volcanic, high-altitude slopes of Chiriquí. They yield far less fruit than common varieties, and in the cup they are delicate, floral and tea-like, with notes such as jasmine, bergamot and stone fruit.
Roasted to order
Every sample is roasted after you order and packed in a one-way-valve bag.
Brewing guide
Pour-over: about 15 g of coffee to 250 ml of water just off the boil (92–96 °C). Total brew time around 3 minutes.
French press: about 30 g to 500 ml, steep 4 minutes, then press slowly.
Espresso: 18 g in, about 36 g out in 25–30 seconds.
Grind just before brewing for the most aroma.

Storage
Keep beans in the sealed bag or an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. Don't refrigerate. For best flavour, brew within 4–6 weeks of the roast date.
