Richly sweet in the aroma, combining complicated layers of flowers, crisp lemon and a slight peppery note. A prize winner in the 2010 Best of Panama competition, where as a green (unroasted) coffee it placed fourth out of hundreds of entries, attracting a score of 88.35 from an international jury. This coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified, meaning it was produced following sustainable ecological and socio-economic criteria developed by the Sustainable Agricultural Network, a coalition of independent, environment-focused non-governmental organizations.
